VitalSync is operated by Medanet ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle Garmin activity data and any personal information you provide.

Data We Collect

With your consent we ingest Garmin Connect data - Body Battery, stress, sleep summaries, workout metadata and any journals or body metrics you manually record inside VitalSync.

How We Use the Data

• Render dashboards, trends, and AI-driven wellbeing insights for you.
• Generate fatigue warnings, recovery nudges, and personalized recommendations.
• Produce aggregated, de-identified wellness analytics for employer programs.

How We Share the Data

We do not sell user data or use it for advertising. Access is limited to subprocessors that deliver hosting, authentication, or analytics services on our behalf. Aggregated employer reports contain no identifiable information, and any new disclosure requires fresh consent.

Storage & Retention

All Garmin tokens and personal metrics are encrypted in transit and at rest within EU-based infrastructure. We retain your information while your account is active and erase it within 30 days of cancellation or on verified request.

Your Rights

Security Practices

We enforce least-privilege access, audit logging, credential hashing, and regular penetration testing to safeguard your information.

International Transfers

If data leaves the EU, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Children

VitalSync is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly process data for minors.

Policy Updates

We will notify you at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
