VitalSync is operated by Medanet ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle health and fitness data collected through third-party services and any personal information you provide.
With your consent we collect data from connected health services, including:
We do not sell user data or use it for advertising. Access is limited to subprocessors that deliver hosting, authentication, or analytics services on our behalf. Aggregated reports contain no identifiable information, and any new disclosure requires fresh consent.
All API tokens and personal metrics are encrypted in transit and at rest within EU-based infrastructure. We retain your information while your account is active and erase it within 30 days of cancellation or on verified request.

We enforce least-privilege access, audit logging, credential hashing, and regular penetration testing to safeguard your information.
If data leaves the EU, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
VitalSync is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly process data for minors.
